Michelle Bridges

I have been part of the Loanport team since 2015 and have enjoyed a variety of roles within the business over the years. Today, as Customer Service and Retention Manager, I work closely with our clients after their loan has been approved, guiding them through to settlement and providing ongoing support along the way.

My role includes making sure our clients are ready for settlement or their loans, ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the building process by managing progress claims for construction loans, and providing post-settlement support to help make their lending journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I am also a qualified Mortgage Broker and manage my own portfolio of clients. One of the most rewarding parts of my role is helping people achieve their property goals, whether they are purchasing their first home, upgrading to a larger property, refinancing to improve their financial position, or downsizing for a new stage of life. I enjoy building long-term relationships with my clients and supporting them through some of life's most significant financial decisions.

Before joining Loanport, I spent nearly 30 years in retail banking, where I developed a strong passion for customer service and helping people achieve their financial goals. The experience I gained during that time has given me a deep understanding of the lending process and the importance of providing personalised advice and support.

Outside of work, I am a proud mother of three adult children and love spending quality time with my family. On weekends, my husband and I can often be found on our rural property, where there is always plenty to keep us busy. When I'm not working around the property, I enjoy reading, going to the movies, shopping, and travelling.

I love helping our clients navigate every stage of their lending journey and take great pride in ensuring they feel informed, supported, and confident every step of the way. You will hear from me after your loan is approved.
