I'm Nikki Drake, and I've been part of the Loanport family since 2021, working as both a Credit Analyst and Mortgage Broker.
Working closely with Diana, I help review and assess suitable lending options for our clients by taking into account their borrowing capacity, lending requirements, and long-term financial objectives. My role is to ensure we source lenders whose credit policies best align with each client's unique circumstances, helping them achieve the best possible outcome with confidence and clarity.
Before joining Loanport, I gained valuable industry experience working alongside my husband during his career as a Mortgage Broker, as well as working with other lenders. This provided me with a strong understanding of the lending landscape and the knowledge needed to help clients navigate even the most complex lending scenarios.
Originally from the UK, I enjoy bringing a touch of British charm to the Loanport team. I'm known for my positive outlook and believe that every challenge has a solution. Whether I'm supporting our clients, reviewing lending options, or helping my colleagues, I always try to approach every situation with optimism, professionalism, and a smile.
Outside of work, I'm a proud mum of four children who keep life busy and fun. They love taking me to concerts, theatre shows, and family outings whenever they get the chance. I'm also a bit of a handywoman and enjoy tackling DIY projects and trying to fix things myself before calling in the experts. When I'm not working on a home project, you'll usually find me walking our family dog “Ollie”, indulging in a little retail therapy or a good movie or tv series.
